What the stone actually is
Most shops just say “jade”. Here is the mineral, the hardness, and what that means when you hold it.
Rose Quartz
Its milky look comes from microscopic inclusions and fine internal fractures. That is why no two pieces carry the same cloud — and why this is the one that chips if you drop it on tile.
Green Aventurine
Quartz shot through with tiny flakes of mica. That soft shimmer has its own name: aventurescence. Across this category it is usually sold under the trade name “Dongling jade” — same stone, older label.
Black Obsidian
Not a mineral at all. Lava that cooled too fast to crystallise, so it has no grain in any direction. Softer than the others, which is why it takes the smoothest edge of the four — and why it is the least forgiving of a hard floor.
White Jade
“White jade” is a trade name used across this entire category, not a single mineral. Pale stones sold under it are usually white quartz, serpentine or dolomite marble, and almost no brand tells you which one you are getting. We have asked our supplier for the exact mineral in writing. The moment we have it, it goes here. We would rather leave this line unfinished than guess on your behalf.
Amethyst
Quartz again, turned violet by traces of iron. Ours comes in the wing shape rather than the heart, and only with the complete kit.
Mohs is the scratch-hardness scale: quartz sits at 7, window glass around 5.5. Higher means a harder, more scratch-resistant edge — not a better tool.
Puffiness isn't skin.
It's fluid.
You wake up with a face that looks heavier than it did last night. So you reach for another cream — and the cream sits on the surface, because that is what creams do.
Nothing in a jar moves fluid. Two minutes of movement does. That's the whole idea, and it's the reason a piece of polished stone has outlived every gadget that promised the same thing.

The three-step routine, printed
The ritual
Two minutes. Three moves.
A ritual you'll actually stick to — two minutes, every morning. No technique to master, no twenty-step routine.

Wake up your skin
Three drops of any facial oil you already own, pressed into clean skin. The stone has to glide — it should never drag.
Your skin should feel slippery, not sticky. Never use the stone on dry skin: that's what causes redness.

Lift and sculpt
Start at the centre of your face and work outward. Jaw to ear, cheek to temple, brow outward. Five slow strokes each, following the arrow.
Light pressure. You're guiding the stone, not pressing it. More force doesn't do more — it just marks the skin.

Finish down the neck
Long downward strokes from the jaw to the collarbone. It's the step most people skip, and the one that makes the difference.
Always end at the neck. Never stop halfway up the face.

Why we made this
We got tired of gadgets.
Every year another device promises to fix your face, needs charging, and ends up in a drawer. Stone doesn't. It has done the same job for centuries, it costs nothing to run, and it will outlive every gadget you own.
So we stopped looking for something new and started polishing something old properly.

Help
Questions, answered
Which stone should I choose?
If it's your first, take White Jade — the edge is the smoothest and it's the hardest to use wrong. If you want the coldest stone, Dongling Jade. If your jaw is tight, Obsidian, because the extra weight does the pressing for you.
Do I really need oil?
Yes. Any facial oil or even a few drops of a light moisturiser works — you probably already own something. Without it the stone drags instead of glides, which is uncomfortable and pointless.
How long before I notice anything?
The de-puffed look is immediate and it's temporary — that's simply what cold and movement do. The reason people keep going is the two minutes of quiet, not a permanent change. We'd rather tell you that than promise you a new face.
How often can I use it?
Daily is fine. Most people do mornings for puffiness and some add a slower round at night. Light pressure — if your skin is red afterwards, you pressed too hard.
Is it real stone?
Yes, natural stone, hand-polished. Every piece has its own veining and colour variation, and some have fine internal lines — that's the stone, not a defect.
What if it chips or breaks?
Stone is stone: it will survive years of normal use and it will not survive a tiled bathroom floor. If yours arrives damaged, send us one photo and we ship a replacement the same day.
How do I clean it?
Warm water, a drop of mild soap, dry it with a towel. Don't boil it and don't put it in the dishwasher. Keeping it in the fridge is optional and makes the cold last longer.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
Orders leave the warehouse in 1-3 business days and arrive in 7-15 days with tracking. You'll get the tracking number by email the moment it ships.
